Our fees are a combination of a retainer and contingency based formula. You will find that they are usually below those charged by traditional employment and retained- search agencies. Travel expenses are additional. We offer a 120-day guarantee of employment, so, if for any reason, the new-hire does not "work-out", within a 120 day period, we will perform the recruit again - at no cost to you - other than our out-of -pocket costs for refreshing position postings and any additional travel expenses incurred.
